Is the fee GST-inclusive?
No. The booth fee is ₹9,500 plus 18% GST of ₹1,710, making the total payable amount ₹11,210.
What is included with the booth?
The package includes carpet flooring, one table, two chairs, a waste bin, two exhibitor passes, lunch for the two registered exhibitors, company name on the conference website and agreed on-site logo branding.
Can we sell products at the stall?
Any product sale, sampling, clinical activity or collection of personal information requires prior written approval and must comply with applicable laws and venue rules.
Can exhibitors receive a speaking slot?
A booth does not include a speaking position. Speaking opportunities are handled separately through the conference programme or an eligible sponsorship agreement.
Can we choose the stall location?
Booth placement is assigned by the organisers based on the final floor plan, operational requirements and confirmed inventory.
