Can an organisation nominate its own initiative?

Yes. Applicants may submit their own eligible work through the online nomination form.

Can one nominee apply in more than one category?

A nominee may submit separate entries where the work genuinely meets the requirements of different categories. Each entry should be complete and category-specific.

What supporting material may be requested?

Examples include programme reports, photographs, testimonials, outcome data, letters of support, relevant links or other material that helps verify the nomination.

Does nomination guarantee an award or conference invitation?

No. All nominations are subject to eligibility checks, review, verification and the final decision of the designated review process.

What does the nomination package include?

The package includes two delegate passes, award ceremony access, conference website feature and social-media recognition. A trophy is presented to every winner.

Must a finalist attend the conference?

Finalists will receive further instructions regarding the award ceremony and participation at the conference.
